Staff in this hotel were wonderful - polite, courteous, professional, and very, very, very helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfasts - Full and Continental - had plenty of choice. With a central location - a short walk into St Helier. Guests had the use of the swimming pool and spa at the twin hotel Monteray.

We returned to this hotel after visiting last April to see parts of Jersey we had not visited last year. The standard was as last year very good and we even had the same room, opening onto the terrace.
Stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable and large room with a separate sitting room. Hotel staff very courteous. Roomed cleaned daily and to an excellent standard. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with extra items cooked fresh at a moment's notice. Bar was well stocked and reasonably priced and bar meals were tasty and again not expensive. Location very good for...
poor service at breakfast very slow staff ignored us and we never received the food we ordered.Room was a good size and very clean a bit noisy on the front of hotel due to busy road.Very good bar meals and good service by bar staff different staff from breakfast room.
Excellent service and comfortable bed. Breakfasts and dinners could not be faulted. Delicious food and friendly staff. Only four stars given as much walking from the lift to various rooms, often with three or four steps to negotiate with cases. However this would not put me off staying in the hotel again. Thoroughly recommended.
We stayed recently at this hotel. We were on half board and the choice of food both for breakfast and evening meals could not be faulted. The staff were very obliging and friendly and gave excellent service. When we arrived we asked for our room to be changed and this was done very quickly. The hotel also has an informal...
